Processing Time
All Foyou Gifts are custom-made with care. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and crafted before it's ready for shipment. During peak seasons or for large corporate orders, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always keep you informed.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your selected shipping method.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging your gifts to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) or 10 days of shipment (for lost items). Please provide your order number and any relevant photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
