Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You may also be required to provide your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved by our team before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the item and its packaging. After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the available resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Personalised or customised gifts made specifically for you.

• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.

• Items without their original packaging, where the packaging is necessary for safe resale.

• Gift cards and digital gift products, where applicable.

Exchanges

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, where possible. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or bank.
